Michael Filan is an artist interested in exploring how the creative process both informs the artist as well as the viewer. Michael is an action painter who revels in the activity of the painting process.The drips pours spays of paint create wonderful spaces one would find on an archeological excavation. His forms shapes and colors are self referential as if to say he is lead by a mystical guide. Viewings are by appointment only (1-212- 924 8888) Contact information :www.filanmichael.com
