Sometimes It Hurts

Triangle is proud to welcome Jan Nalevka into our Residency Program.

Artist Statement:
The central themes of my work are entropy (every system transforms naturally from order to disorder and chaos), depletion, time and meaning of labor in the society. I often work with a found amount of information, which I process in a logical way, but with the aim this information was not intended for. I am interested in the functioning of social and political structures and the relation of individuals to them. I use different media; form always comes from the content.
